Hi Amy,Mmm thanks, they went into a tasty Chinese-style soup, with ginger, coriander, soy sauce and cashews plus home grown onion and garlic. I like that meal because it's really quick and definitely feels healthy :D Oooh I can feel another one coming on tomorrow maybe!
